In a private road ideally located, in the centre of the town, very quiet, lift, large pool on the terrace of the building where you can enjoy sunbathing and a view of the sea. Lavishly decorated and furnished. Comfort, carefully decorated, air-conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans even on the large terrace that has 2 lounge chairs and a breakfast area. Equipped kitchen, electrical hob, oven, microwave, hood, crockery, iron and ironing board. Very well-lit lounge with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, plasma TV 107cm, 70 channels with a French one as well as a DVD player. 1 bedroom with ceiling fan, air-conditioning and large 200 cm bed, TV, dressing table, safe, 8ft dressing, access to the terrace. Another one with a 160 cm bed and a 7ft dressing room, a dressing table, air-conditioning, bathroom (double vanity unit, shower cabin, bathtub and towel-rail).
