Nice villa of 90 m² in the typical rural Mediterranean style in a very quiet place. It's a new construction and well furnished. It has 2 rooms,1 with a wond. sea sight. This villa is suitable for a max. 4 persons. There is a garden of 100 m²; it 's well-equipped for sun-baths and barbecue dinners. There are deck-chairs, a table, 4 chairs, sun-beds, barbecue and a parkplace for car. The house is in two levels. It has new beds and it is well furnished. There is water heater 50 LT, microwave, TV Sat, DVD, Radio CD and a new washing machine. The stays run from Saturday to Saturday. In the price it's included water, gas for cooking (and for heater in winter) and electricity. Long stays wellcome. A weekly cleaning takes place every saturday morning. Also we change linen and towels at the cost of 40 euro. No pets are allowed. Smokers only outdoor, please. There is a little market and a good Restaurant Pizzeria at 300 mt. open every day in summer. Couples, families & old people are wellcome.

The villa is well located at only 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo near Zingaro Park and Scopello, in the middle of the Gulf of Castellammare and between Trapani and Palermo. In a range of 60 km you can visit about 14 turistic and naturalistic sites. Within 30 km you are at the fantastic white sands of San Vito lo Capo. Other distances: 8 km from Alcamo with its Baroc style and a forest on the mountain, 40 km from Erice, 50 km from Egadi Islands, 60 km from Palermo and the gorgeous Duomo of Monreale (with all roof in gold mosaic!), 50 km from Trapani, 45 km from Selinunte Temples and ruins, 30 km from Ustica island and 4 km from wonderful and wild 'Zingaro' park. The nearest beach is the fantastic 'Guidaloca beach (3 km)'. The villa is well located for daily excursions. At only 3 km the highway A/29 you can reach the Segesta temple & Theatre (8 km) in 15 min. Near Segesta there is an open air thermal pool and SPA open until midnight. Available in winter time because of hot water.

More information: The villa is 3 km away from Castellammare del golfo, a fishing and tourist town where you can taste fresh fish in a lot of restaurants with reasonable prices. Also you can taste a cous-cous dish that is a typical local dish with fish. Every year in August, on 19th-21st, there is a spectacular show at the port with boats and fire games for the saint of the city 'Madonna del Soccorso'. You should no miss it. Every year in the third week of september takes place in San Vito lo Capo ( 30 km) the Cous Cous Festival , a competion among different countries in the world for the best COUS COUS!

Supermarkets & Restaurants:: In summertime are available at only 300 metres from the house a little market and a good Restaurant- Pizzeria, in other period open only in the weekends. There are 15 good supermarkets in Castellammare town where also you can find many seafood Restaurants, wine bar and pubs. A minigolf court is at 4 km. The nearest beach (Guidaloca) is at only 2 Km from villa. It's a bay with some lidos & sunbeds in summer with big parkings at only 2.5 euro p.day. There are available windsurf, pedal boat, and water chairs. It's also possible eat pasta and lasagne at lido (Puerto escondido).

Number of guests & savings!: This villa is only for 4 adults. A cot is available on demand. It is possible to change the day of turnover in low-season and make half stay in the second week. Long stays welcome! Possible savings! Families & couples wellcome! It is not possible smoke inside villa (only in the garden). PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Golf: A Minigolf center with 20 holes is available from spring to automn at 4 Km.

Alex, the owner of the property met us at the airport with a rental car, brought us to the villa, where there was coffee, tea for our arrival, as well as wine in the fridge. He was very informative regarding the area and places of interest, as well as recommending restaurants and local places to eat. The villa itself was spotless, and a lady came midway through our stay to change linen, and clean the property. There are a number of beaches in the area, all seem safe and are reasonably clean. I would highly recommend this property, while a car is essential, but you are advised of this, it is in a quite area, no noise and a lovely garden to relax, and there is even a barbeque provided.We were collected on the morning of our departure, and brought to the airport. Very friendly and informative owner, with perfect english.
