Lovely, modern two bedroom apartment in Roquetas de Mar. Can sleep up to 6. Superb large corner terrace with views of mountains, terrace offers plenty of sunshine but also has shaded area perfect for alfresco dining. Lounge area consists of corner double sofa bed, ceiling fan, air con and has Satellite TV and DVD player. Fully Fitted kitchen is complete with oven, hob, extractor, fridge, washing machine and all crockery and cutlery. There is iron, ironing board and airier. The bedrooms are furnished as a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both have ceiling fans. The bathroom has bath with shower attachment. All linen and towels are provided. The wide, clean beaches are approximately 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

This apartment is centrally located and car hire is not necessary. Airport transfers can be arranged. The Avenida Mediterranean is opposite the apartments with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and tapas bars. This road leads to the wide beaches of the resort. Once at the promenade a walk in one direction will take you to the large marina of Roquetas with wonderful restaurants and bars, fort and amphitheatre where local fiestas and shows take place. A walk in the other direction takes you to the larger urbanisation with an abundance of hotels, restaurants and bars. There are sunbeds for hire on the beach and parasols. The local bus route again is in the Avenida from where you can catch a bus to Gran Plaza Shopping complex with hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, bowling alley and cinema complex. Mario Water Park (open high season only) is close by as is the new roller skating rink and dance studio, aquarium and Playa Serena Golf course.
