Just steps from the beach, 2 sunbeds and umbrella on private beach with free access for our renters, great 2 bedrooms flat excellent condition large terrace,parking,fully equiped kitchen, private parking in the secure residence all the linen are provided. just 5 km from monaco, and 10 from nice ideal to discover the Riviera. Fully air conditionned. All the linen are provided together with all the beach towels. A complementary basket with eggs, butter, french bred, jam, and a bottle of rosé wine, orange juice and milk when you arrive. Toilet paper, hand paper, dish washer soap, cleaning material, washing soap, and garbage bags provided and included in our price.

Eze sur mer, right on the sea shore, 10 mn from Monaco, and 20 mn from Nice. Very convenient location, very quiet. Beaulieu sur mer is just 5 mn away with shops, big supermaket, restaurants, etc... In Eze sur mer, 1 Italian restaurant very good, 5 mn from the flat, and another family cooking nearby the train station. Bus stops 5 mn from the flat going either way. Train station 800 meters from flat, to visit Italy, Ventimiglia's market on Fridays, on Cannes.

  • Discounts available for longer stay, and last minute discounts available too. Please ask us. Our calendar is updated regularly. Cleaning fee 85 euros to leave on the table in cash when you leave. 30 down payment is required by bank transfer to confirm reservation. Balance is due in cash upon arrival, or has to be on our bank account 8 days prior to arrival. A 500 euros check will be asked for security deposit, to be given back to the renters if everything is fine on departure.
