First floor apartment of a typical Tuscany Villa located in the surroundings of a small village, on the green of hills of the Montagnola senese. The rest of the house is occupied by the owners who offer their availability for every type of information. The apartment, with independent entrance on the side road, has a private garden on the back with flowers and olive trees. The garden is equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, deck-chairs and a small table with chairs on the edge of the swimming pool (open from 1 June to 15 of September). The apartment, the surrounding garden with swimming pool and hills offer tranquillity and relax.
The tranquillity of the small village, the optimal geographic position and the wilderness of the Montagnola Senese, than in every season offers its wonders, will make your vacations unforgettable. The owners will be of help if you wish to discover and taste the beauties of the surrounding, offering to information and suggestions for excursions in the outskirtses.
La Palazzina is just a few minutes by car from the main historical and cultural centers of the zone. Located in Ancaiano: Siena is only 15 kilometers from the apartment.
BUS STOP to Siena just 30 mt from the villa.
Sovicille (all facilities and shops) is 3 kms far, while Rosia is at about 7 kms. The house borders with a secondary road that is only used by the local inhabitants of the hamlet of Ancaiano. First floor apartment restored in 1995. At the rear of the house is a spacious garden with 5 X 12 meter swimmingpool for shared used with the owners. There is a private furnished section of the garden with barbecue for guest use. The owners have their own totally separate access to their section of the house and to the garden. Access to the rear garden is from the front of the house.
Private entrance to the apartment is at ground floor through a door opening into a small hall. A flight of internal stairs leads up to the first floor and directly into the beautiful living room with fireplace and TV. A door in the living room opens into the kitchen area, fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer. A second door in the living room opens into the dining room. There is also a door connecting the kitchen with the dining room. Through an open arch in the living room is a hall with doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a twin bedded room which has a private ensuite complete bathroom with shower, and a second complete bathroom with shower. The apartment is exquisitely furnished with several antique pieces and offers central heating that is payable at the fixed weekly rate of Euro 100 during heating season together with firewood.
