The newly and tastefully renovated Rustico consists of 4 units and it is located in a beautiful garden with various sitting places on the terrace and in the garden. The well equipped barbecue place and a lounge (20 m², with coffee machine and drinks) complete the Mediterranean atmosphere. The house has a wonderful view upon the surrounding, picturesque hills. Shopping facilities are available within a 5 minute walk. The apartment (65 m²) consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed and closet (an extra bed for each room can be put at your disposal), 1 living room/kitchen with a well equipped kitchenette (cooker with gas, refrigerator), 1 bed couch for 1 person, as well as TV. The bathroom has shower and WC. During your stay, you receive linen and table cloth weekly. The cleaning service is available weekly as well. In the neighbourhood there are several restaurants and swimming pools.

The apartment has 45 m² and consists of a bedroom, kitchen/living room, as well as bathroom. The bedroom has a 2 double bed and a closet. An extra bed can be put at your disposal. The bathroom is large, tiled and it is equipped with modern sanitary facilities. The living room/ kitchen have a modern kitchenette with cooker with gas and refrigerator. In the living room, there is a bed coach, where a third person can sleep. TV is available.

The vacation apartments are located a 5 minute walk from Mergo. Mergo is a small town with approx. 500 inhabitants. Supermarket and several beautiful restaurants are available. A four-lane freeway which leads you to Jesi, Fabriano and Ancona can be reached in 5 minutes. The cave di Frassassi and Gola della Rossa with beautiful hiking possibilities are only 15 minutes away. There are approx. 35 minutes to Monte Conero, a province park with wonderful beaches on the cliff coast and many hiking trails. There are approx. 25 minutes to the white sand beach in Sengallia ('spiaggia di velluto'). The apartments have a beautiful view upon the hills and the medieval villages in the neighbourhood. The old holm oaks provide shadow. The location on a side road is very quiet. All the neighbours live at a certain distance from the apartments.
