In the heart of Old Town of Nice, this apartment is made to make your stay memorable. It has the charm of the apartments Old Town, and was entirely renovated in 2009 with good taste and in a contemporary style. It is a welcoming 1 bedroom flat, located on the 5th floor (sorry, no elevator) in a typical building, a few minutes away from the Cours Saleya (and its famous flower market), the Place Garibaldi, the shops of Avenue Jean Medecin, the port and, most importantly, the pebble beaches of the Promenade des Anglais. Ideal starting point to the hill of the castle and its views on the Baie des Anges. It is perfect for a car-free stay, but if you prefer to explore the Cote d'Azur at the wheel, there are different opportunities for parking near the apartment. Ideal for one or two couples or a family of 3 or 4 people. First rentals summer of 2009!
