At the heart of Provence in Eygalières, an authentic Provençal village, the 3500 square feet house is located on four acres and has a superb view of the Alpilles mountains. The ground is located in a non-buildable and peaceful area (less densely built than the rest of Eygalieres), is planted with olive, cypress, pine, bamboo, fruit trees and is decorated with lavender, oleanders and roses. The house is in perfect condition, can accommodate 10 people and includes a large living room with fireplace and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 7 toilets. The lounge, kitchen, dining room, summer dining room, and the master bedroom all enjoy a splendid view of the Alpilles mountains and the other rooms look out on greenery (no other houses or man made structures are visible). Two bedrooms are upstairs including the master bedroom with private terrace, and of the three rooms on the ground floor, two have separate entrances....

In under 60 min by car, Aix en Provence, Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Marseille, Nimes, Pont du Gard, the Camargue, the Calanques of Cassis, the Mediterranean,... Activities: Festivals of Avignon, Aix en Provence, Orange, and La Roque d 'Antheron. Bullfights in Nimes and Arles. There are Provencal markets in the surrounding villages each day of the week. Important center for antiques in Isle sur la Sorgue (20km). In Eygalières there are 3 bars and 10 restaurants with shaded terraces and all shops and services needed. The city of Saint-Rémy de Provence, 15 min away has many shops and restaurants.

The swimming pool of 40ft x 20ft, is heated (150 Euros week), has an electric cover, a stone staircase and a solar shower. The pool is surrounded by a fence for child safety. The towels for the pool are provided. The house has a garage with automatic garage door and two seats under a covered shelter garage. You can access the building by an automatic gate. All phone calls to America and Canada are free as well as phone calls to non-cell phones in Western Europe (other countries inquire). There is WiFi broadband internet throughout the house and on the grounds.
