Villa Ravel was completed in June 2004 and is located in the best area of San Sebastian; with spectacular views of La Concha Bay from its fabulous terrace, it is only 20 meters from the beach and only a few minutes away from the 'old town', the beautiful city attractions, museums and shopping areas.
One of the most well known and better spa centres in the world
'La Perla' is right across the road from the Villa Ravel.
This area has all the conveniences of restaurants, shops, and easy access to buses that will take you to any part of the city.

The luxurious Villa (180 square meters) has:
Ground floor: an open plan distribution with wall to wall windows.
Large living/dining area with TV~DVD and hi/fi stereo.
A fully equipped very modern and comfortable kitchen with
direct access to the garden.
Second floor: three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and
an extra living room) with two complete bathrooms.
Third floor: master bedroom with a large and modern bathroom with hydro massage. From this bedroom you have access to
two private terraces from one of which you have
spectacular views of the famous La Concha Bay.
An extra space, a loft type music rehearsal space with its own bathroom is available.
The Villa has also a private garden and an impressing view, from the upper terrace, of what is called The Pearl of the Cantabric Sea, world famous La Concha bay.
