Pornic large 2 room apartment, facing the ocean, nicely furnished. This 55 m2 (approx. 500 sq. ft.) apartment includes a large room with an eating area and living area with 2 trundle beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom (with queen-sized bed, shower and sink), and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. It is located in the upstairs portion of an unoccupied outbuilding; its large balcony overlooks a lovely flower garden and has a nice view of the boats coming and going from the port of Pornic. Nice waterfront walking path nearby, beach and pleasure-boat harbour at 300 m, the old town with its businesses and market at 800 m, golf at 1 km. Apartment includes TV, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, and baby crib. A charming place you will want to return to! Price includes all charges and utilities, except housekeeping (60euros) and heating. Possibility of renting for long (4 day minimum) weekends. Reservation of outdoor spa, heated year-round, for adults only (25euros)
