    Prices are for 4 people and inclusive of water, gas and electricity and cleaning. Bed linen is included, but NOT towels. These can be hired at 4Eurosper person, per week. Extra is charged for heating out of season and on demand. A 30 deposit is payable with the booking form and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. A damage deposit of 200 Euros is taken on arrival ( Euros cheques are acceptable ). This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of departure. . All further details on the booking form.
