Newly completed - June 2006, the house contains Kitchen / Dining Room, separate Lounge + ground Floor W/C. 2 Double Bedrooms and Bathroom (with Shower) at 1st Floor. All rooms have verandas, to front and rear with sea, pool and mountain views to the front. The house has been fully equipped with modern accessories, including oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, Ironing board + Iron, dining table for 6, 3 seater settee + 2seater Sofa-Bed, TV with Sky, DVD player (+ selection of DVDs). Air conditioning in all rooms. Communal Pool only 10m from front door. Peyia village is only 1/2 Km away, and provides a convenient Supermarket, Tavernas, Banks, Takeaways, DVD Rentals, etc... for all your needs, plus the old Byzantine Church, but also Coral Bay is only 5 mins. away, and Paphos 12 mins. For Golfers - Tsada Golf course is only 10 mins. away. ***(Ideal for Couples, Families or small Groups)

Peyia village itself offers a range of tavernas. restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, chemist, DVD rental shop..... Peyia is only 10 mins from Paphos with its beaches, historical sites (Tombs of the Kings, Harbour, Byzantine Churches, etc...), nightlife (bars and nightclubs), waterpark, go-karting, watersports, vast selection of shops and restaurants, etc, etc.. Paphos Airport is only 25 mins away. The Trudos Mountain range is only 25 miles away and provides beautiful walking/trekking and cycling routes, horse riding facilites, etc.. Also, there are 3 Golf courses in easy reach from Peyia / Paphos, with Tsada Golf Club being only 15 mins drive away.   • The Ground Floor W/C is situated between the Kitchen / Dining and the Lounge, and has a wash basin also. The 1st Floor Bathroom has a shower incorporated, and is situated between both the Bedrooms. Both have extract fans. Both are fully tiled, with towels provided. Please ensure the towels provided are not removed from the house. Beach towels are not provided.

There are plenty of storage cupboards / wardrobes in both bedrooms and one of the higher level cupboards is lockable and is allocated to visitors. Both bedrooms have dressing tables and mirrors. Both bedrooms also have their own balconies, with sea, pool views and mountain views from the front. All rooms including both bedrooms, have their own Air Conditioning unit. Bedrooms are separated by the central stairs and Bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided. Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets and dressing tables and each is equipped with hair-dryers.

Notes: A Small charge may apply to cover the high running costs of the air-conditioning, this will be optional, but please check with us 1st. (It may depend on the time of year, number of occupants, etc..) We would prefer non-smokers, but would not discount them completely (request that smoking carried out outside of the house) - again, please check. Although we will provide towels, we would ask that they are not removed from the house. Obviously you will have to take your own to the beach, and round the pool, etc... Sunbeds are provided, which can be taken down to the pool, but please ensure they are returned back to the house after use each day The house will be cleaned prior to your visit and if the occupation is for more than 1 week there will be another clean after the 1st week. There will also be a Welcome Pack provided so that you don't have to hurry off to the Supermarket as soon as you arrive.
