3-room apartment on the first floor in a small residence, in a peaceful environment. Well-located comfortable apartment. It has 2 bedrooms (one bed of 140cm and two beds of 90cm), a dining/living area with sofa bed, a self catered kitchen (oven with cold door...), one bathroom with bathtub and independent WC. Renovated apartment. At your disposal: duvets with covers, tea towels, cleaning products, board games, children books, DVD... All shops are nearby including bicycle rental, pizzas and park for children. Train station 15 minutes away, just after the bus station. Different events: Historical Grand-Prix in Monaco May 1 and 2 2010, Weekend Grand-Prix from May 13 to May 16 2010, from 26 06 2010 until 28 08 2010: 650 Euros per week. From 28 08 2010 until 25 09 2010: 550 to 500 Euros end of September.

  • Tariffs may change according to the number of the rented weeks. We can adapt the amount of the rental according to the length of your stay (15 days, 3 weeks, month, weekend...). Housekeeping option: 50 Euros fixed price. We pay attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation. If the accommodation is not clean, we will recoup 50 Euros from the security deposit. For booking, a 40 percent deposit is required and balance is to be paid at your arrival. The security deposit is required after the inventory at the beginning of your stay and will be refunded after the inventory at the end of the tenancy. I keep the right to refund the security deposit within 7 days after the inventory and statement of state of repair if the renter leaves without giving me the possibility to do it. No animals. No Smoking.
