It also features one of the Polaris World Championship Golf Courses that comprise the 'Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail' - 5 Golf Courses are already open or due to open shortly, with more on the way. Keen Golfers can book tee-times through the Pro-Shops in advance or on arrival. Please feel free to use the clubs stored in the apartment. When complete, this region will be among the most sought-after destinations in the world for the serious golfer. However, Polaris World is not just about golf. It is a network of family-orientated resorts, inter-linked and accessible to all residents, built around golf courses of the highest quality. You do not have to play golf to enjoy Polaris World. If you simply want to rest in a peaceful, sun-drenched location with all amenities a short distance away, then Polaris World is also for you. The golf courses just make for a splendid and luscious backdrop!
Eating-Out and Getting-About::
There are many restaurant choices within Polaris World itself, and many more within the local towns and surrounding cities. There is usually no need to book in advance. Just check them all out and decide when you arrive. Some Polaris Resorts offer a range of eating choices from snacks to a la carte, with differing themes. You will be at home on a Polaris Resort, whether you want a tapas or a gourmet meal. A car is firmly recommended in order to get around, although free coach travel is currently available between Polaris World Resorts. For those looking to take in the sights without having to drive, a range of options is usually available through Polaris Travel. However, those who do enjoy driving will love this region. The main roads are absolutely magnificent, easy to manage and with very little traffic. If you see a dozen cars on many of them, it's a busy day!
SUN - A NOTE OF CAUTION::
Please be VERY CAREFUL to protect yourself against the Spanish sun. This region has one of the best climates in the world with around 320 days of sunshine, and is noted by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. Some areas of the local coastline are also recognised for their spa qualities. Temperatures can reach 40 degrees and can be uncomfortable at their peak. The hottest part of the day tends to be from around 4pm onwards. NOTABLY - this apartment was chosen very carefully. It is very bright, and enjoys the morning and early-afternoon sun on parts of the L-shaped, covered balcony. However, in mid-late afternoon the balcony becomes shaded, and offers a very welcome relief from the heat at its greatest. However, if you do want direct sun all day long, simply take the loungers pool-side. Alternatively, try the roof-top terrace. That offers fantastic views, all-day sun, and the perimeter walls can also act as a windbreak.

Beaches, Restaurants and Leisure Facilities, and the Historic Cathedral City of Murcia are all an easy drive away.
