The villa is located in a quiet private dead end, there is a barrier at the entrance to the street, the code is mandatory to return. The villa has been renovated in July 2009, it is on two floors and has a view over the islands of Lerrens and the bay of Cannes, beautiful view both day and night. `It has access to the sea privatif (240 steps of access) at the bottom of the garden you have the access door to the creek, once you are down only by the sea, there is an access to descend into the sea, you have several rocks that can serve as a beach, the back is easy because the staircase is in the shade. Moreover, the impasse has its private beach reserved for resident of the dead (20 villas) to less than 5 minutes on foot.
