Granado property is at 500 m of Cala Pada, a beach that has pines, palm trees, frame work, no buildings around. Nevertheless there is a water sport school in it. The condominium Aldeamar and the lane to the beach are inside a quiet pine wood. It has a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis for about 30 families. The traditional hippie market of Es Caná is at 1 km walking through a beautiful coastal lane. The city of Ibiza with its well conserved ancient architecture and it new amusing areas is at 13 km and line boat and busses are available to reach it.

The East coast of Ibiza is a quiet and nature respectful area in the island. A nice costal path permits you walk along for kilometers crossing pine and juniper woods and different calas = small beaches. Very low density of population. 20 minutes walking to the yats marina and the nice city of Santa Eulalia. 15 Km to Ibiza down town historic quarter and discotheques. 3 min to two supermarkets and bus stop, 7 min to beach and line boat mall.

The owner will reply with the address, instructions and the maps. The concierge will give the keys to the renter at his arrival.

Das Appartment war viel kleiner als wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war vielleicht lange nicht benutzt woren, deshalb roch alles sehr nach Mottenmitteln und die Kissen hatten Stockflecken. Nach viel Durchlüften ging es aber.
Die Vermieter waren aber telefonisch sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
