This spacious and light flat is situated in the 3th floor (there is a lift as well), in the central area of Puerto Pollensa, close to the pine walk. The flat comprises three bedrooms, one with a single bed and two with a double bed, a complete kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms and a livng-dining room. There is air conditioning in the living room, wich refreshes the entire flat.

Visit all the year round! Pollensa has been known as an idyllic summer destination for a long time, with its long hot days, and with its balmy nights. However, the winter sun provides an excellent tonic. It's an ideal time for visiting many of the island's treasures, or for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, etc to enjoy it. Catch the almond or the orange blossom between January and March. The nine hole golf course at Pollensa is also open all the year round. Pollensa is an ideal location for bird watching especially during the migrating season, as the area is in the migratory path.

We have just returned from our wonderful holiday in Puerto Pollensa staying at this apartment. Believe me this apartment is just in the right location and the picture's do not do it justice. The apartment is lovely, very clean and well maintained. The beach was as it say's 50 metres away and there are lot's of lovely restaurant's very nearby. Will definately return here.

Excellent well appointed apartment with all the necessary facilities. Ideally situated for a family beach holiday. The photos do not do it justice! The beach is literally 50 yards away and there are countless good restaurants and supermarkets as well.
