Photos and Description of this Montignac holiday cottage

Built in the typical Périgord fashion, all built in stone with original wooden beams, this early 19th century abode was refurbished in 2002. On one side it opens to the gardens and swimming pool, and the other to the village square, overlooking the XIII th century church. Ideally situated and very comfortable, this part of the main house is very popular with our guests. This cosy cottage is completely fully furnished, there is also a delightful veranda overlooking the gardens. A real paradise for children, with its swimming pool, table tennis, volley ball, football, badminton, swings, see-saw, and other children activities. The swimming pool comes with pool side furniture : sun beds and low tables. The pool area is fenced in for security purposes.

Valojoulx is situated in the south of France, deep in the Perigord Noir, in the Vézère valley, at half a mile from the Losse castle, 2 miles from the famous Lascaux cave's, and 4 miles from Montignac, near Sarlat and Les Eyzies.Hidden in a little village with it's own 13th century church, the Garden of Eden, is a haven of peace and tranquillity.

    Arrivals at 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
    A local tax of 0.30 cents by day and by person over 12 years old has to be paid on departure day (for a stay between June and September).
