The property comprising 15 apartments all of which tastefully furnished, is in quiet and panoramic location and affords nice views over the surrounding landscape. At guests disposal: large furnished garden, swimming-pool (16 x 6 m maximum depth 1,80 m open from 15/5 to 30/9) and Jacuzzi tub. Shared washing-machine (euro 5/load) and iron available. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Extra bed and baby bed available on request (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement Euro 10 / per hour payable locally. Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 20 km Spina (all kinds of shops), Perugia 18 km, Todi 25 km, Assisi 30 km. Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is approx. 15 km away. (120 m2) Gr. fl.: large living-room (sat. TV) with fireplace, 2 sofa-beds, kitchen corner and dining area. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower.
