The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and bic's. The second bedroom has two single beds and bic's. Both bedrooms have direct access to balconies overlooking the sea, swimming pool and moorings below. The Main bedroom has a full en suite Bathroom with separate bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower. The living area is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, which flows nicely onto a balcony overlooking the moorings, mountains and sea. There are two balconies - the one balcony is ± 20 m² and ideal for entertaining with gas BBQ. One secure basement parking with lift from basement to 3rd (top) floor. One outside parking bay. All the entrances to this development have booms with manned gate control and security patrols the area constantly, making it a very safe and stress free holiday destination.

Harbour Island is a unique development, situated in Gordon's Bay at the Southern end of the famous False Bay. It comprises a 'waterfront section' with a hotel and conference facilities and adjacent restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and slipway for power and fishing boats. The development looks like a 'mini Venice' with waterways. Gordon's Bay is a small resort nestling in the corner of False Bay and makes a part of the Hottentots Holland basin which also include the bigger towns of Somerset West and the Strand. It is approx. 30 km from Cape Town International Airport and 50 km from Cape Town with its famous tourist attraction of Table Mountain. It is conveniently situated to the beautiful wine lands of the Cape being only 25 km from Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, the historic university town that is the hub of this industry in South Africa. It is also only 35 minutes along the scenic coastal road from Hermanus, the famous whale watching site.
