Characteristic villa (180 m2) which has been obtained from the excellent restoration of a farmhouse that dates back to the first half of the 18th century and is situated in a green area at the entrance to Spoleto (the city centre is approx. 250 m away). One side of the house borders onto the road that leads into the city centre. Beautiful views over the countryside which surrounds the city. Enclosed and spacious garden (5.000 m2) with equipped lawn, large gazebo for outdoor dining and swimming-pool (5x10, max depth 1.20m) . Parking. DISTANCES: Within a radius of 300 m various shops, there is a tennis court 20 m from the house, 40 km Todi, 48 km Assisi, 55 km Perugia.
