Apartment located on the 7th floor, with open view on the sea, the Lerins Islands and the Antibes peninsula. Interior surface of 86 m? + 25-m? terrace with view on the old port of Golfe-Juan and the hill planted with trees. Decorated with high-standard furniture. 1 large living-room with a sofa bed made of ivory leather, LCD TV, large table and additional furniture. Blue-marble bathroom with WC. Extra WC for guests. Equipped kitchen with American fridge, convection oven, micro-wave, induction hobs (4 burners), dishwasher. Laundry with many independent storage, washing machine, dryer. Outdoor cupboard, parking lot. Concierge service open from Monday to Saturday. Very safe.
