Shared with 3 other apartments situated inside the property is a pretty swimming pool with equipment (6x12, 1.40 deep)(open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) in an elevated position compared to the house. Barbecue. Shared laundry room. Access along 2 km of an uphill windy dirt track. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km horse-riding, 3 km grocery shops, 13 km Lucca, 28 km the beautiful beaches of the Versilia, 35 km Pisa, 90 km Florence. 2nd fl.: (accessed by an external staircase) large living/dining room (satellite TV) with divan bed and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (can be united), 1 bathroom with shower.
