The property which is made up of the owners' house and three apartments, one is adjacent to the main house and the other two are in an outbuilding. Access along 300 m of dirt track road in good condition. DISTANCES: 2 km Barberino Val d Elsa (all kinds of shops). 1 km horse riding, 8 km swimming pool, 30 km Florence and Siena. (35 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace and divan bed (TV)/dining room/kitchen area (electric oven), 1 twin bedded room (beds can be put together), 1 bathroom with shower. Private and equipped outdoor area in front of the house. Simple, Tuscan, rustic style furnishings. LOCATION: 2 km Barberino Val d Elsa (all kinds of shops). 1 km horse riding, 8 km swimming pool, 30 km Florence and Siena.
