Air conditioning. All shops (350 M) Enjoy breakfast on balcony with breath taking views of harbour filled with luxury yachts, walk to the beach, your choice of 2. No car necessary. Close to train and across the street from sightseeing boat taking you to CANNES, ST TROPEZ, NICE or MONACO for the day. In the evening walk to JUAN LES PINS for upscale shopping, or for the summer JAZZ festival (in July) as well as many fine restaurants and night clubs. Fill few days with visiting many beautiful local villages such as BIOT (glass blowing) VALLAURIS ( locally made pottery) or the old villages of EZE and garden when in ANTIBES visit the Fort Carré (old fortress) the light house and La Chapelle de la Garoupe .
