Located on the ground floor of a residence built in 2008, it will welcome you and your family or friends to discover or rediscover a region rich in culture and gorgeous landscapes. Perfectly located at 2 minutes of the ?Golfe of Morbihan? (5 to 10 minute bike ride) and 5 km from the nearest historic town Vannes, 40 km from the famous surfing beaches of Quiberon and 55 km from Lorient Airport, it will allow you to diversify your leisure time and visits around it, as well as truly enjoy the moments of rest you were looking for. The central island in the kitchen also works beautifully as a dining table, around which you will spend some great, friendly time. Even more beautifully, a large, 40m2 south facing terrace will be the occasion to enjoy the first as the last sunbeams of the day, this for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quite conveniently, the private and secure basement will be safe to store your bikes or hiking equipment used to visit the surroundings during the day
