Rental ideally situated (in the centre of the village near a large beach on the Arcachon side ) duplex with large, sunny patio (about 35 m2) , well equipped kitchenette off living-room and WC on ground floor. Upstairs, two bed rooms, one with small balcony (facing east) and bathroom with WC. Pleasant rental with plenty of light. Windows and doors with roll up shutters.

Less than 5 minutes on foot from the beach, from a chidren?s play area, from the lighthouse and main shopping area: (supermarket, baker?s, post office, fishmonger?s, bookshop, newsagent?s and various other shops). The local market is also close by. The residence is quiet (as it is small and all cars are parked outside).
