Beautiful, stone-built, typical Umbrian house (230 m2) with external staircase and loggia, located on the top of one of the green hills (500 m a.s.l.) that just outside of the beautiful town of Todi. 360º view of the countryside full of fortified hamlets and castles, of the Tevere Valley and the city of Todi. Peaceful position. The villa, in the middle of a 4 ha property, is surrounded by a shaded lawn with tall trees.
