Comfortable apartment for 6 people close to the historic center of the city, to the market, to the wharf. It offers space, nice view to the laguna and to the medina. Each room opens to the terrace. Very comfortable apartment (140 m2) with air conditioning, well equiped kitchen, garage with automatic door, terrasse on the top of the house. It allows a relaxing stay in Olhao offering a new way of life without car as you can do everything walking to the shops, to the restaurants, to the wharf. The apartment is in a small building at the second floor (the last one), with lift.

Location: Olhao in Portugal

Olhao doesn't look like the other cities in the Algarve. This is an old fisherman place which still kept in his streets and shores the soul of the past. To get to the beaches of white sand, there is a boat which goes with you to the islands. Olhao is situated in the National Park of the Ria Formosa, which allows nice walkings to watch the migrating birds and to discover the fishermen's life. In Olhao the market is an unforgettable experience, especially on Saturday when the farmers offers their own fresh vegetable, fruits, cakes, honey .........

  • Prices varies depending on the lenght of rental.
  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 300 €
  • Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.
  • To book we send a contract for acceptation and it has to be returned with a deposit of 30 . The balance is paid 2 weeks before the arrival.
    In case of the use of the air-conditioning, a participation is asked if the price is more than 1.50 euros a day.
    The apartment can be rented for a minimum of 3 days at the price of 200 euros.
    For long term rents we can study a price according to the term of the lease.
    In case of cancellation all the conditions are explained in the contract.
