This villa of 220 m2 in a closed and raised garden of 1000 m2 is located in a residential district calms of Alhaurin de la torre to 8 kms of the beaches of Torremolinos on Costa del sol and to 12 kms of Malaga. Many golf courses will be at your disposal and in particular Lauro golf with 4 kms. It has 6 bedrooms, a kitchen equipped (hotplates vitroceramics, hob, oven,microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), living room with TV and 4 bathrooms with shower and WC. The household linen and the crockery are provided to you. You will be able to rest there as if you were in the countryside while benefiting from privates swimming pool, barbecue and porch.
