Spacious 2-room apartment 60 m², on the 5th floor: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 persons), open fireplace. 1 room with 2 beds and pull-out sofa (2 persons), kitchen, bath-room, bidet, separate WC, balcony (5 m2) very sunny, beautiful view, facing south. Rosablanche is an 5 - 8 storeys large apartment house, built in 1972, 10 m from the ski-run, surrounded by meadows. Shared use: lawn suning area, tennis (15.6. - 1.9), children's playground. In the house are restaurants, shops, boutique, telephone box, lift, central heating, washing machine tumble dryer (extra), outside parking and covered parking (extra). Chair lifts to Mont Fort 20 m, ski school 10 m, cross-country ski trail 20 m. Innumerable walks in the summer. Siviez (1740 m), 7 km from Haute-Nendaz, in the heart of the skiing region of 'Les 4 Vallées'. Good connections to Verbier.
