Mas Provencal style, fully restored, full of charm, overlooking a 400m2 closed park. Shaded by a huge tree, it has a pool with a fountain. Old sundial. 200m of the Apt water area. The house comprises: On the ground floor lounge, a huge kitchen and dining room. At first level, bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. Second level three bedrooms, all furnished with antiques. No need for air conditioning, because the thickness of the walls provides a pleasant freshness on the inside. Outside: a long driveway with shaded table and benches furniture, and a fountain flowing in a basin. The garden of 400m2 offers a relaxing space for all. A 2 minute walk, you water sports in the public water, fishing, pedal boat. Tennis, cross-bike, skate and playground enclosure for small children. Cozy restaurant "The feet in the water." Track cycling from Apt Avignon.

The house is located about 2.5 kilometers from the center of Apt and 82 km from Marignane international airport of Marseille. Apt is 53 km from Avignon (served by TGV and has an airport). At Manosque (40 km) passes the A51 which is an important line between Marseille and Aix-Alpes. Apt has 11,500 inhabitants. Founded by the Romans, it has artistic treasures, a cathedral with a fourth-century crypt. It is the capital of candied fruit. Every Saturday market attracts a huge crowd for regional products.
