Villa delle Rose is a beautiful old countryhouse of the 18th century situated on a hill near Vinci, 3 km from the village of Cerreto Guidi. It was the summer house of the famous Corsi family from Florence. It is surrounded by a large garden with many plants. A cypress tree lined road leads up to the property. The owner, an artist with the hobby of gardening, lives in a separate annex with independence entrance. On request it is possible to arrange dinners, cookery classes and art lessons. The swimming pool is in a sunny position with lawn, deck chairs and sun shades. Pool towels are available for guests (extra). The villa has been renovated with care keeping the frescos on the ceilings and the precious mosaic floorings.
