Located on a cliffs edge, overlooking the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, this 4 bedroom beautifully furnished villa is walking distance from the rustic, seaside town of Banyuls-sur-mer. The property has spectacular mountain and sea views from several of the rooms and expecially from two private terraces. The beach is on your doorstep and the town has some of the best local French/Catalan restaurants of the entire region. There are also some great local shops and enchanting street markets. Excellent public transportation (if you don't have a car) makes exploring the gastromique wonders hidden in neighbour villages easy to access. The property offers 4 double bedrooms (two doubles, one twin bed & one with a sofa bed), 1 living room & 2 bathrooms. There is secure private parking and 24hr concierge. Also included for your convenience, two televisions, DVD, video and HI-FI. In total 8 people can sleep with great comfort.and privacy.

On the edge of Banyuls-sur-mer at 40min from Perpignan Airport and 2 hours from Barcelona and 1h 30min from Girona. Ryanair flies to Perpignan and Girona Airports . The villa also enjoys from easy access to the Spanish ski resort of Vallter 2000 and the french ski resort of Font-Romeu, both in the high mountains of the Pyrenees at about 1h 30min.
