This rental is ideal for two couples who would like to be independent in the house (thanks to 2 levels).

Situated at only 5 minutes by car from motorway and all facilities (chemist, food stores etc.), 10 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from Vallauris village and its pottery (bus stop at 50 meters for Vallauris direction only), 15 minutes from typical, stones village of Valbonne, Mougins and Park with training path called La Valmasque.

  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 700 €
  • Advance payment : 50% of the rental price.
  • The rental is for a minimum of 15 days. In December, the rate is only 1250 Euros per week as unfortunately our guests will not benefit from the swiming pool, which is closed. In July, the rate is 1800 Euros per week, in August 2000 Euros per week.
    To book the villa, a bank transfer of 50 is requested. The pending amount will be transferred one month before arrival. A deposit check will be requested the first day and will be sent back within one week if no damages occurs.
