This pretty villa is situated at 12 km from the beach , 25 km of Biarritz, 1h45 of the meddle mountains station (Pyrénées), in a charming little village, one little grocer's shop at proximity of the borough and supermarket at 5 km, just at side typical « fronton de pelote » where you can to play « pelote Basque » and also, one basket court outside
