  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 300 €
  • Advance payment : 50% of the rental price.
  • Reservation deposit : 50% of the rental price.
  • Changeover Days can be flexible outside of Peak season but during the Peak Months Booking habe to be Saturday to Saturday with Departure time at 11am and Check in at 3pm.
    We require a 50 deposit on confirmation of booking, this to be paid by Credit card or a Bank trasnfer. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before occupancy, The full amount is payable if the booking time is less than 6 Weeks, There is a 300 euros key deposit on arrival which will be refunded on departure subject to no damages or breakages. A final cleaning Laudry charge of 100 euros is payable with the balance of the booking fee.
    Bed linen and Towels for up to 10 Guests are included in the price as are the Beach towels for the Pool.
    Air conditioning and Heating cost are included in the price . Wifi is available through out the Villa . The Family's Best Friends their Pets are most Welcome. The Villa is Fully alarmed.
