This duplex apartment of 43m2, is located in an entirely renovated house which has been divided. Located in a quiet area but still a stroll to the center of town. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchendiningliving area. The kitchen is fully fitted . Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with toilet. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 2 children or a maximum of 3 adults. There is a double bed upstairs, (a baby travel cot can be provided on request) and there is a sofa bed in the living area. The sea and the TGV train station are a 10 minute drive, (collection from the station is possible upon request). At the nearby the indoor market, Les Halles, you?ll find a selection of fresh local produce, ( fish, fresh pastas, fruit and vegetables and meats) ; the restaurants, the canals running through the town, the old port, the open air theatre with concerts, museums, jousting and firewooks displays. Free parking on the street.

Sete is a very popular port town located on the Mediterranean. Known as the "Venice of Languedoc" , it has numerous canals running through it, an in-land lake to one side and the Mediterranean to the other. Beautiful beaches (with restaurants open from Easter to October) within a few minutes of the town, theatres (including the open air Theatre de la Mer), museums (George Brassens, Paul Valéry and modern art), markets (Wednesday and Friday mornings), tours of the fish market, the inland lake and the canals of Sete. Blessed with over 300 days of sunshine each year, and the "blue flag" status, the beaches of the region are amongst the best in France. The large tuna boats are beautiful to watch as they return to port in the afternoons with clouds of seagulls trailing after them. Sete also hosts numerous music festivals including the Jazz festival in the open air theatre, the Worldwide Music Festival on the beaches.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, the apartment will be ready from 4 p.m., but we will be as flexible as possible. We would appreciate if you could leave the apartement at 11 a.m. at the latest. The apartment is available to rent for weekends in the low season, outside of school holidays, bank holidays. The weekend rate is from Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. to 11a.m. on Sunday, but may be extended for an additional days rent (depending on the season).

The remainder of the rent is payable on arrival in cash only (cheques are no longer accepted). A security deposit of 300 euro is also required on arrival and will be re-imbursed after the property has been checked for damage. A special price is done from 3 weeks rental, except during "low season".
    The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children, a travel cot can be placed20in the upstairs bedroom) or 3 adults.
    Smoking is forbidden in the apartment. Sorry but we do not accept animals.
