The recent renovation carried out in 2000 and based on original designs has skilfully preserved the stone facade, the wood beams and the terracotta floors. Subsequently furnished in Tuscan style, it has also been provided with all conveniences (dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite TV). The large garden offers a splendid panoramic view over the hills and a fully-equipped 4x8 m swimming-pool.
