Looking to stay in Paris in top conditions, with a personal welcome? For a reasonable price, feel like you are at home in a warm and cosy apartment, nicely decorated and well equipped. This 75 m2 flat is on the first floor of a modern building (access code and lift) and includes an entrance hall, a large living room opening onto a covered balcony of 9 m2, two bedrooms overlooking a private garden (tranquillity assured) and not forgetting, of course, a pleasant fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and separate toilets.

Location: 14th Montparnasse in France

Located Pernety Street (south left bank of the Seine river), you will enjoy the charm of a lively and very friendly neighbourhood, close to Montparnasse (5 mn walk) and its famous "brasseries" (La Coupole, le Dôme, la Rotonde, etc.), shopping center, cinemas, theatres, swimming pool and bowling. Come and stroll in the Jardin du Luxembourg, visit the Invalides, walk along the Seine river, go window-shopping or just lose yourself in St-Germain-des-Prés. Visit Paris by byke (station of 30 hire bykes in front of the building). Food shops, supermarkets, banks and post-office are also nearby. There are many tradional French and international cuisine restaurants in the area. Metro line 13 is close by and takes you directly to central Paris (10 to 15 mn). Direct bus connection to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airport also depart from Montparnasse.

Week-end rate is not applicable (with some exceptions - please contact us) for Easter, 1st of May, Ascension day, Pentecost and Christmas season. The appartment is avalaible from 3 pm on the arrival day and must be released before 11 am on the day of departure.
