It's wery well situated, in a quite area but full of good restaurants and cafes, close to the subway and bustops to up-town and down-town. It is ideal to see NY like a new yorker. Dear Sudha, Staying in your lovely and well-designed apartment in the East Village made our trip to New York an extraordinary experience. We normally stay in hotels when we travel but renting your home allowed us many advantages we could never have in a hotel. Also, living in a residential neighbourhood, with easy access to Greenwich Village, SoHo and beyond, complete with all the needed services made us feel more like natives than tourists. And, of course, having a large bedroom, full bath, kitchen, washer/dryer and a full living room (complete with that wonderful flat-screen TV and sound system) allowed for a more relaxing visit to our favourite US city. Yes, I had a great time in NYC and loved the apt. Thanks for letting me use it. I come to NYC about 3 or 4 times a year. Will definitely want to use it again. I have already recommended it to a friend of mine today who goes to NYC often.
