The minimum of stay is 1 week. The usual booking is from Saturday 2 H PM to Saturday midday (12 H). In case of a request different from the above conditions, please contact the owner to see if arrangements can be found. A minimum of 2 hours between two rentals is generally required to check finalise the cleaning. We thank you for your understanding if you have to wait for the cleaning of the precedent renters to be done. In any case, you can deposit your luggage to the concierges and have tour before the entrance in the appartment. Entrance and exit are managed by the building's Concierge. You will have to arrange with him or her the meeting for your arrival, key delivrance and check out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 600 €
  • Reservation deposit : 40% of the rental price.
  • A downpayment of 40 is requested at the booking date, the remaining amount is paid at the entrance in the apartment.

    A guarantee deposit of 600 euros is requested, generally by cheque. This cheque is not cashed in the bank but kept by the concierge and given back in case no problem occured during your stay.

    The rental price include the use of Wifi internet connection and certain phone calls towards fix number including certain foreigner destinations. Call towards mobiles and certain other foreign destination are not included and expensed with no mark up in case of use (ask details for more information).

    The apartment is clean at the Entrance. The rental price do not include the cleaning at the exit but it is possible to ask for it with an additional fee of 50 euros. In other cases, renters are requested to let the apartment in the state it was at the entrance

    To comply with French law a contract in French has to be signed by both parties.
