This luxurious 1470 sq feet apartment was one of the first Palm properties ready for occupation. It is fitted out as our home and is in the very best position on the beach side of the road .We are on the lower Penthouse floor (LP in the lift) and look down to the 'private' beach and towards the Burj al Arab Hotel (yes the photo was taken from our balcony and the 2 main bedrooms and the lounge share this view). We have swimming pools, restaurants, bars, mini markets within the buildings and all the multitude of Dubai attractions. If there are just two of you think ask about our 'Four Poster bed and Breakfast' offer. We call ourselves Contrastescapes with Heinke's Haus in Bad Kleinkirchheim Austria (635184). So the choice is yours or visit both at a discount. Remember Dubai is hot during the summer but the pools have coolers.

The Palm - Jumeirah - Dubai changes every day. Our apartment is in the first completed section of the Palm Jumeirah . Dubai has shopping, beaches, hotels, indoor skiing, the water park, golf, motor sports, excellent restaurants, nightclubs and a sense of urgency. Our apartment is really something special ninth floor on the beach with the view towards the Burj al Arab. Dubai is an experience not to be missed.
