Secluded villa in rural southern Italy
Beautiful three bedroomed villa approached via a private road and furnished to a high standard . There is a large garden with friut trees, oranges, grapes, olives etc, feel free to help yourself . Pick some grapes and make a fruit salad . There is a well appointed kitchen, with all mod cons, washer ect and seating for six, a huge fridge and ikea units. The five star bathroom is newly finished, there is a lounge with tv, dvd, a small library of English books, outside on the covered varander there is a gas barbarque, a second six seater dining area for all those warm evenings. The villa also benefits from a second sitting room with lovely views of garden and pool. A selection of pool toys is provided. The villa is child friendly being totally enclosed and gated but retains its open views of the surrounding countryside. A nice place to relax and chill out

This spacious villa, set in its own grounds and surrounded by greenery, is situated in rural southern Italy and within easy reach of the local town of San Vito. The town, which is about 3 kms away, has two supermarkets and a variety of shops and restaurants. The historic towns of Lecce, Ostuni (the white city) and Carovigno are nearby as is the World Wildlife sanctuary and nature reserve of Torre Canne. You can can hire bikes in the nature reserve and spend days taking in its beauty. There are wonderful sunny beaches within easy reach, including San Sabina, Punta Penna Grossa and Specchiolla and many old Italian towns. This is the real Italy. There are no theme parks or rides but there are some wonderful markets in all the local towns. A full list of these can be found at the villa. Upon arrival at the villa you will be met by an English speaking contact who will be able to assist with any problems or information.
