The home is situated in a small suburb ( Pino’s locality), 2.5 km to the country’s centre, and 300 metres to the lake, in a very calm area. There is 1 apartment, which offers 6 sleeps. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bath, a living room, and balcony with views over the lake. From the balcony it is possible to admire the centre of Lake Como. The apartment is endowed with everything that is necessary for a perfect holiday: sheet, towel, washing machine, oven, coffee machine and satellite TV, air conditioner. The apartment also provides a terrace and a private parking.

Varenna, the pearl of Lake Como is situated on the oriental shore of the lake. In this village it is possible to enjoy of splendid view by the romantic walkway and taste the typical dishes of the region in the small attractive restaurants. Besides, you can make excursions on the paths in the mountains, or you can relax while swimming in the lake or sunbathing. You can visit ancient places, like the squares, the villas (Monastero or Cipressi), or the castle of Vezio, walking in the typical region of the village. It is possible to reach the opposite shores of the lake, Menaggio, Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Tremezzo and the island Comacina, by ferry.

We found the apartment to be very spacious for the four of us. The views from the balcony are stunning. The owners are very friendly and helpful, offering a warm welcome.
It's just a short drive (2.5Km) into Varenna, from where you can explore many parts of the Lake. You can of course walk into Varenna if you wish. If you want to just sit and relax then the apartment is also ideal.

Tolle, absolut traumhafte Aussicht auf den Comer See, auf Bellagio und Varenna.
Sehr geräumige und gut und sauber ausgestattete Wohnung, mit 2 kompletten Schlafzimmern und einem kleinem dritten unter dem Schrägdach, insgesamt also 6 Betten. Küchenausstattung sehr gut, großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Bidet. Sehr, sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieter, die im Nebenhaus wohnen.
Kann jederzeit empfohlen werden.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder & ein Hund aus dem Saarland haben hier einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber & gemütlich. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Wer allerdings seinen Vierbeiner mitnehmen will, muss sich hier leider Gelegenheiten suchen den Hund auszuführen. Was aber möglich ist. Das Restaurant in der Straße ist nur zu empfehlen wenn man entweder italienisch oder englisch spricht. In der Altstadt von Varenna können wir die beiden Café´s Il Molo & Nilus empfehlen. In Mandello del Lario kann man das Moto Guzzi Werk besichtigen. Alles in allem haben wir hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Traumhafter Seeblick

Wir (Ehepaar, Mitte 60) hatten die Wohnung Anfang Oktober 2009 für eine Woche genutzt. Nach einigem Treppensteigen entlohnt ein traumhafter Blick über den Comer See die Mühe.
Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung müßte mal wieder auf einen aktuellen Stand gebracht werden. Ansonsten gab es keinen Anlass zu Kritik.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es (zumidest im Oktober) keine in fußläufiger Nähe, man muss schon mit dem Auto nach Varenna, oder besser gleich nach Lecco fahren.
Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub ohne Remmidemmi durchaus zu empfehlen.

Wir ( Ehepaar Mitte 50) haben die Fewo in der Zeit vom 5. Sept. bis zum 11. Sept. 2009 bewohnt.Insges. entspricht sie der online-Beschreibung. Der traumhafte Ausblick über den See hat 5 Sterne verdient, ebenso wie die nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Die Einrichtung samt Inventar müßten allerdings auf den heutigen Standard gebracht werden. Ausserdem ist anzumerken, dass man als Feriengast einigermassen sportlich sein sollte, da für diesen Traumblick täglich eine Menge Stufen zu überwinden sind. Das gilt für die gesamte Region. Das Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft ist zu empfehlen, wenn man wenigstens ein bißchen die italienische Sprache beherrscht. Wir würden die Wohnung und den Comer See Menschen empfehlen, die gut zu Fuss sind oder die Landschaft mit dem Motorrad erkunden wollen. Dafür ideal.
