  • Advance payment : 30% of the rental price.
  • The indicated prices are for the entirely property and for the indicated number of persons. Each additional adult or children will be submitted to an additional cost of 20 euros per person and per night. The weekly clean is not included in the indicated price (50 euros per rental week). The indicated prices include linens and towels, except beach and pool towels.
    A non-refundable deposit of a 30 of the rental cost must be paid within 7 days of making your provisional reservation. The balance must be paid not less than one month prior to your arrival at the Property. A security deposit will be paid at your arrival and will be restituted to you in a delay of 7 days maximum after your departure.
