Situated rue de l'Echiquier, it is very near from the Boulevard Bonne Nouvelle, 100 meters by walk from the Rex cinema and the Porte St Denis. The covered ways of the XIXth century, the Grévin museum or moreover the Opera district are nearby. This is a big 90 m2 apartment (4 rooms) for 2 to 6 people, very clear and calm (looks onto a yard). It is situated on the 5th floor with elevator in a very beautiful building. It is composed of an entrance hall, a living-room, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom with shower and bathtub, and separated toilets. Central heating.

The Grands Boulevards take place from the Opera to the Place de la République. Popular on the east side, they welcome fashion and luxury on the west side. All along these "boulevards", cinemas, theaters and museums make of this place a very lively and appreciated district. More peacefully, you can stroll across the covered ways of the XIXth century (Jouffroy, Panoramas, Vivenne and Colbert "Galeries") to go to the Palais Royal and to the Louvre Museum.

  • Damage deposit : 400 €
  • Reservation deposit : 25% of the rental price.
  • Prices are indicated for 2 to 6 people: 145 euros per night, 980 euros per week.
    Sheets and towels are provided. Pets are not welcome, and it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

    After agreement, a booking contract is sent to you, and will be send back signed and accompanied with the deposit (25 per cent of the total amount of the rent). The payment can be made by international credit transfer or by cheque. The balance will be deposited the day of the arrival, and a 400 euros guarantee, which will be given back to you the day of the departure. An optional extra for cleaning (65 euros) is asked if the apartment is not restored in the same state of cleaning that it was the day of the arrival in the place.
