This newly refurbished 200 year old stone village house features traditional deep red Provencal floor tiles, wood beamed ceilings, 2 fireplaces, wide spiral staircase to the first level, 4 almost floor to ceiling arch windows in the sitting room looking out to greenery live with bird calls, separate kitchen (dishwasher), dining room, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen herb garden and 50m2 southwest facing terrace with views. The village offers many restaurants and artisan craft shops. Day to day needs available 2 minutes away, major shopping centre and traditional Provencal market only 10 minutes away. Wineries offer tasting and are within easy walking distance.

Close by are wineries to suit all tastes, from the small family run organic to the large modern operation and of course, the local cave co-operative. Vaison-la-Romaine close by offers supermarkets and speciality shops, 2000 year old roman ruins and Tuesday market day.

Notes: The house has full central heating and a fireplace in the large entry room complete with comfy chairs and mini library. From the entry room you proceed straight ahead to the fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher included) or take a right into the large L-shaped dining and sitting room. Back at the entry, to your immediate left is the wide spiral staircase leading to the first level bedrooms and bathroom. Also straight ahead is a separate door to the courtyard adjoining the kitchen and taking you to the worn stone steps up to the 50 m2 southwest facing terrace. The house is not suitable for young children.
