In a green and calm private blind alley of the famous Mont-Boron, this nice villa (120 m2) offers a stunning view over the sea, the port of Nice, the ?Chateau? hill, the town and, in the distance, the mountains. Large windows and a large sliding patio door retractable in walls opening onto a large covered terrace (25 m2) and a wide living room (42 + 15 m2) give you the feeling you are living outside in a postal card panorama. Under your eyes a wild garden designed ?a l?anglaise? round a wading pool and surrounded with various trees (palm, olive, pepper, pine, mimosa, orange and lemon trees). A small swimming pool (2.2 x 6.2 m) and a connecting terrace promise you sunbathing and refreshment.
