This stylish 60m2 space comes with quality furniture, a modern, well equipped kitchen diner adjacent to its own secluded patio for outdoor meals in the shade, a large comfortable double bed plus a single bed in a separate adjoining room with shower amenities. Very spacious grounds with a large swimming pool (11.5m x 5m). (Non smokers please and no pets.) TV, internet.

Yet it is on a quiet hillside with enchanting views where cycling, including mountain biking, walking jogging and tennis are the norm. Local shops down the hill. Local Area details : Less than 10 mns away: horse riding, golf, two large shopping centres, cinemas and theatres. 20mns away: Toulouse City with its museums, jazz bars, barges on the Canal du Midi, roller skating, go-karts, etc? 1 hour away approx.: the medieval city of Carcassonne, Narbonne beaches, Albi, or skying resorts in the Pyrenees.
